April 19, 2020 - 60% Cahrdonnay and 40% Pinot Noir. The "Cuvée Prestige" is a blend of the first "cuvée" juices of chardonnay and pinot noir from several years. A passage in barrels of the reserve wines brings complexity to the aromas and length in the mouth. Finely spicy, well-matured nose: Pinot Noir brings structure and spicy flavours that complete the citrus side of Chardonnay. The "Cuvée Prestige" rests 1 year longer in the cellar compared to the Cuvée Traditionnelle. Easy drinking
