  April 19, 2020 - Last bottle. Very youthful at age 23. Crumbly cork, required an Ah-so to salvage. Inky purple color, faded but not bricked at the rim. Explosive nose leaping from the glass. Herbaceous fruit with a medium finish and tamed tannins. Drink or hold another decade or two. Impressive.
  
  Served with Kobe A5 ribeyes, sautéed mushrooms, sautéed broccoli rabe with pine nuts and fig vinegar, and Israeli cous cous.
