SLOFred Does not like this wine: 80 points
April 24, 2020 - Undrinkable, and for $57, it makes me sick. Off the vinegar bin. Just another horrible, overpriced, Italian red wine.

At least for almost ALL my Italians, with the exception of a few super Tuscans, they have turned to absolute garbage---the tannins have softened only to reveal that there is NO body, NO fruit and virtually NO flavor. I am very disappointed, and as an Italian-American, I am very disappointed in the motherland!!

Furiously tannic on release, then after 10-15 years tends to blossom into something amazing. Adanti is a wonderful producer at a reasonable price point, though the heavy hitters are Arnaldo Caprai and Paolo Bea.
