  April 27, 2020 - Drank with roast chicken over cauliflower and fennel with rice
  
  V: Tannic! Delicious! Tasted like it would do well with some time on it.
  C: Ripe berries and some spice and some herbal. Very scrumptious.

  9/30/22, 6:57 PM - Out of balance: Too tannic and not enough fruit to merit a 90 or more score. Doubt aging will improve it. Might as well drink up and do so w/food.
