  April 30, 2020 - Do yourself a favor and let this open up for 90 minutes. The reward is magnificent.
  
  We did a PnP and slowly drank this with some Pork Pizzaiola. Over the course of the next 90 minutes this bottle just gave and gave some more. The last two glasses at the 90 and 120 minute mark were fantastic. Rich, leathery, spicy, peppery, acid backed. Just a fantastic zinfandel.
