  May 14, 2020 - Dark ink. A nose of cassis, cherry, touch of oak. The palette is full bodied. Dark fruits, cherry, plum, a touch of sweetness - vanilla perhaps. This wine has lots of structure - its tannins and acidity suggest a few years to go. Concluding its drinking window in 2018 as suggested is premature, it is drinking great now. There is no real earthiness that typically accompanies aged cabernets.
