  May 25, 2020 - While certainly drinkable and exhibiting much of harshness or anything else for that matter - this wine tasted watery and diluted and without much semblance of taste...did not meet the challenge of being paired with a juicy marinated pork loin chop....so we will go back to steak and good California cabernet sauvignons next week....tired of striking out and saving the good stuff for special occasions.... these days every day is special.....
