  May 25, 2020 - Drunk at James Suckling's Wine Central - Hong Kong. This took a few minutes to express itself. Initially very pleasant lemon notes on the palate but lacking the complexity you normally get from Raveneau. Then it started to get into its stride. Once it opened up, a beautifully complex wine was revealed with the usual brilliant Raveneau combination of minerality, acid and fruit. This bottle disappeared far too quickly!
