  May 28, 2020 - Dark purple colour. Medium aroma of pepper, spice and black berries. BlackBerry, blueberry, dark chocolate, spice, black pepper. It had an unusual taste for the first glass that I couldn’t identify, not unpleasant but unusual. Not noticeable on the second glass. Fine persistent tannin. Balanced acidity.
  Certainly different from the Shiraz I’m used to, Hunter and SA. Smooth, full flavoured, no more than medium body. Enjoyable, I would let it air more next time.

  5/28/20, 6:51 AM - I think they're using whole bunch which gives it a touch of oddness first up. A little stalkiness that can almost lend a minty note...just a thought...
