June 1, 2020 - This wine is still young but it was excellent tonight with baked stuffed shrimp. Crisp white apple, lemon peel, wisps of honeysuckle. Overall, excellent balance with good minerality and acidity providing a nice backbone for the fruit. I see that 88% bottles are still in cellar. I think patience will reward us even though it's drinking very well right now.

6/2/20, 2:19 PM - THANK you for your *thorough* TN that also included what it accompanied! :) From my experience, though, the "In Cellars" # tends to run higher than suspected "reality" as it's EASY to drink a bottle without logging it out here, not to mention folks who are inactive when they drink the bottle listed here as being in their cellar. ;)

6/2/20, 3:53 PM - Good point srh. I'm pretty fastidious about removing bottles as I drink them but I probably have a least 100 bottles in my cellar that I neglected to remove from CT.

7/27/21, 4:39 PM - Thanks SRH, yeah this is really nice wine - thanks for the link. In hindsight, I probably should've bought more than 6 bottles but that was way back in 2017, hopefully I'm smarter now;) Actually, biggest problem for me is cellar storage limitations - good problem though.
