Well chilled, popped n poured
Drink up while the acid's fresh and lively. Very classy Rose, light-bodied but plenty of charm, personality and long flavours, ends near-dry. Even some saline/wet oyster shell minerality.
C....pale pink, looks light-bodied
N....low intensity crushed red/orange apples, some marzipan, pink rose petals
T....body mouth-feel seems bigger than light; saline minerality with some earthy limestone keeps coming back; tart lychee, crisp apple, tart pineapple, ripe strawberry mush, a little ripe raspberry, soft furry tannins, lemon pith, lovely balance and some elegance, plenty of class here, subtle but sustaining flavours, long enough to be noted. Ends near-dry. Drink up, made to be drinking very well at 1 yr old.
VFMoney?.....£14.99 cost but feels £20, on a wine list this would be popular even at £30, defo' buy this 2019 again. $14.99 for a 92/100 wine is pretty much a bargain.1 person found this helpful 1,905 views
