  May 26, 2020 - Opened with steamed lobster. What a perfect match with the rich buttery lobster with just enough acidity to clean the palate. Really nice nutty cimmionly brown sugar and sweet enough that it really complements the rich fattey lobster meat. Not complex but very nice.
  We finished the bottle a few days later with nuts and cheese. Just a clasic paring thats fun. I think I liked the lobster pairing best.
  Try it. Sweet wines are hard for me to rate and I think I might give them a bit higher score but that what it is.
