  June 5, 2020 - From memory, as others have noted a beguiling and super-complex wine, changed with temperature, air, several days of tasting, best not too cold. Almost too intense for most food, offset with huge freshening acidity. Totally dry overripe and slightly-botrytised chenin blanc, genuinely unique.
