  June 6, 2020 - Very unusual wine. Translucent ruby color with aromas of baking spice, olives and something like hops. Initially comes across as almost cider like with some bitterness on the finish. Tart strawberry rruit takes a while to show up. Typical of Horsepower or an off bottle? Never had Cayuse but they are known for some funk in the wines.
