  June 8, 2020 - Poured one glas with Coravin last night, straight from the cellar at 12 degrees Celcius.
  Let it sit and breathe for approx. 2 hours.
  
  Nose gives you all deep dark purple and black forest fruits you can imagine, yet with a cool freshness of mint and eucalyptus on the side.
  Mouthfeel is incredible; it conquers all taste buds with its tannins, fully integrated - delivering this fantastic fight between sweetness, acidity and tannins - with you as the winner.
  Balanced, layered, meditative.
  
  I drank the glass over the course of 2-3 hours, one small sip at the time. No food, just time and space. It didn't turn jammy or cooked, remained its freshness and layered self.
  Will revisit this bottle over the next few weeks - and update this review along the way.
