June 10, 2020 - Young, needs 3-5 more years before it's at the beginning of its preferred drinking window. Audozed 5 hours. With more air, a stream of minerals and soil consistently emerged. Med+ body, rich currants, some tobacco. More primary than secondary. Enjoyable, but clearly holding back. For its full potential highly recommended

Got to say I concur entirely; the 2010 is still very much a playful puppy...Domaine de Chevalier have consistently been making more approachable wines in their youth and that (for me - usual disclaimer; opinions are subjective, even more so with wine tasting) has reached it's apogee around 2015...the best thing is that <shhhh> everyone focusses on their (albeit wonderful) whites whilst the reds are an afterthought...
