  June 11, 2020 - Interesting but not satisfying. It doesn’t age like a fine Burgundy. The fruit is becoming stewed and the alcohol is too high to accommodate it. There’s a lot of beetroot which in a different context could be intriguing but here just seems too monotonous. I liked this wine a lot at age seven, no more.
