  June 12, 2020 - Nose of apricots and dried honey (botrytis). The acidity is good but the residual sugar is overpowering. It is not cloying but not a tightrope that other 95 Quarts de Chaume seem to me. I don't know whether to rate it high 80s for this lack of balance or mid 90s for its botrytis thrill factor.
