  June 17, 2020 - This one shifted character pretty dramatically. Out of the bottle it was sweet and round, almost sticky, a little hot in the nose. Not my favorite. But then, as dinner progressed, it grew some ribs, some nice acidity and corresponding tannins. Not a fragrant wine, not much oak or spice, but good structure with a little bit of air. Day 2 is solid.
