  November 7, 2008 - Decanted for 2 hours. Very nice and focused nose with ripe peaches, some pear and a fine mineral dust. Medium body, but almost a creamy texture with flavors of peaches, citrus and slate/rocks. With some air the acidity integrates very nice and the whole wine is building up a great balance between fruits, minerals and acidity.
  The finish is long, persistent and fruit driven. All in all a pleasure drinking this right now with some air, but has a big potential for the next 3-7 years! Thanks to Martin aka "BerlinKitchen" for bringing this up!
