  June 23, 2020 - Such eleganse. On the nose hermetic pineapple, honey melon, nutmeg, walnuts and a tad of smokeyness, not overexpressive, only pleasantly odours. The palate gives great mouthfeel with concentration, umami and a surprising acidity to keep it all up (5,8gr) full body-wine with good length and warmth. Truly a wine that will give away Even more in the next years to come. Was decanted an hour before tasting, will be heaven with sushi
