  June 25, 2020 - A long search found its end in La Foresta on Monteisula ( the island in Lago Iseo), lucky me :)
  
  N. Full but yet very straight and elegant, very complex with multiple notes of bakery and cakes.
  Mineral, fish, salt and jodium is also somewhere far in the background.
  
  T. Super acid balance, bitter notes again super elegant (=top balanced).
  
  Maybe the best Franciacorta I have had in my whole life!
