  Smells of wet stones, cherry fruit, and rich earth
  Tastes of elegant red fruit over stretched brambles. Slightly austere with lingering thick tannin (dust)
  
  After 2 hours:
  Smells of concise light red fruit
  Tastes of elegant cherry fruit over earth; correct, light, and approachable.
  
  Medium bodied.
