  June 21, 2020 - This is a splendid Dry Creek expression of Côte-Rôtie, ala California. All Pasterick estate fruit, stressed Syrah vines, and high standards come together to make an exceptional wine. It has the characteristic floral notes from the Viognier and deep, brooding black fruit, spice, and olive tapenade. Tannins are well-integrated and the oak influence is balanced. Good acidity with a medium-plus finish. Outstanding.
