June 22, 2020 - I let this breathe for about 3 hours without a taste. It was lush, leather and chocolate is what it somewhat reminded me of. Black fruit with soft tannins. I paired with butter poached lobster, risotto with saffron, mushrooms and summer squash. Went very, very well.
