  July 2, 2020 - Delicious nose of wild raspberries, strawberries and cranberries. Cinnamon and perfumed tones. Also tertiary aromas of fungus, soil and leather. Elegant and slim, almost fragile in the mouth, a light blur of very fine-grained tannins, medium concentration, good acidity and good length. This is in a very good place at the moment. I served this blind, and the tasters immediately went to Central Burgundy and landed pretty quickly on 1 Cru-level from Vosne-Romanée. Not bad at all considering Aux Thorey is north of NSG and often describes as Vosne'esc in style.
