July 4, 2020 - Well preserved, medium gold, age appropriate mousse. Interesting dried yellow fruit aroma and flavors. Oxidative, not oxidized. Yet not really complex or nuanced. Good but fading, better 5-8 years ago. Another 1990 champagne that even at age 30 could have aged somewhat better. The mid nineties Cristals, while only a few years younger, are much fresher and more enjoyable.
