  July 9, 2020 - Bottle 3 of 8. Not so impressive when last tried in Feb 2019 but thought it might have potential. This one was much better and seems to be entering its window. Did a quick decant and continued to improve over 2-3 hours. Paired very nicely with weeknight beef stroganoff. Excellent QPR.
