July 10, 2020 - Alma de Cattleya 2019 Sauvignon Blanc: Here‘s another beauty from winemaker Bibiana González, sourced from several hillside vineyards throughout Sonoma County. Unmistakably Sauvignon Blanc, this wine is young and fresh—and very aromatic—loaded with lifted notes of grapefruit, citrus blossom, stone fruit, and lemon zest, as well as an unexpected hint of fennel (nice!), backed by juicy acidity. Nice textured mouthfeel but at the same time racy. Incredibly gulpable and delightful wine! SRP $22.
