  July 12, 2020 - This wine continues to drink beautifully - it''s one of my all time favorites and didn't disappoint tonight. Decanted 2 hours and paired with grilled marinated antelope chops with a mustard shallot sauce - a wonderful pairing. The wine is highly concentrated with notes of cassis, black raspberry, minerals, hint of spice with beautifully integrated tannins and long, long finish. A magnificent wine.
