  Medium lemon-green color with aromas of baked apple, pear, apricot, and honeysuckle. More medium-bodied than lean and minerally, this high acid, dry Riesling has picked up some honeycomb, quince paste, and zesty ginger with bottle age. There are slight petrol and bitter orange peel notes to the finish. I believe this was somewhere between 13%-13.5% abv.
