  July 15, 2020 - Dark ruby garnet color turning orange rust at the rim with a reflective edge. The nose is quite focused showing black fruits, bay leaf, dried sage, and scorched earth. The palate is full-bodied, savory with enough acidity to carry the black cherry, black olive, dates, seared and dark chocolate notes. Finishes abruptly, but leaves hints of dried herbs and graphite. Drink now until 2028.
