  July 20, 2020 - cannot have enough of this wine - served with a a meatloaf - and the garl;ic and the richness of all the flavors in the meat may have overwhelmed the wine a bit - ended aup enjoying the wine after dinner - need to reassess a pairing with a turkey and beef meatloaf with all the seasoning, herbs, egg and bread crumbs that go into producing this most wonderful , moist comfort food - a syrah maybe; a cabernet fran? defintely not a cabernet sauvignon - or maybe a rich earthy french burgundy....nothing like exploring and mixing and remembering and enjoying the good stuff!!!!!!
