  July 20, 2020 - Taste double-blind. Correctly identified as Tempranillo from Rioja or Ribera del Duero (I leaned more Rioja).
  Light color than all of the other wines, with brighter, juicer cherry/plum fruit. A bit of oak influence with mint, spice, and anise making an appearance. Leather and licorice (maybe some Garnacha?) in the blend (which had me leaning Rioja). Not nearly as complex or powerful as the rest of the blind tasting wines.
