  July 23, 2020 - DM Thursday Night Zoom Tasting: Tasted blind next to the 1995 Jamet Côte-Rôtie and 1995 Ogier Côte-Rôtie Cuvée la Belle Hélène. Super fresh on the nose with tons of bacon fat and purple floral notes. Intense palate of crisp dark fruits, salty meats, and earthy tar. Plenty of power and vibrancy, this is still showing quite youthful but is so delicious now. This was one of the Fass-ex domaine bottles from a few years ago. Singing from the get-go and didn't slow down right till the last sip. Fantastic, my favorite of the flight.
