  July 26, 2020 - Really nice Musar. Was drinking very nicely after about 90 minutes of decanting. Paired with Wagyu beef. 2004 is more elegant than some other vintages, with a more prominent display of floral and red berries. The minerals and essence of concrete were there, but more muted. Very well balanced and at the front end of it's drinking window. Very little cork penetration. Plenty of time to leave it in the cellar, but no reason to wait if you are itching for it.
