  July 29, 2020 - Decanted for one hour prior to drinking. Pear, citrus and floral aromas. On the palate it is very beautiful -- stony & elegant with a bone dry finish and lingering minerality. I would however note, it is lacking the richness and concentration that one would typically expect from this GC. Still, very good wine that is probably at or nearing its peak. Drink now and over the next 5-8 years. 17.5
