  June 20, 2020 - One of my favorites, and certainly didn't disappoint in this vintage! Dark red and some black fruit; Rutherford Dust; what's not to love? Gave it a little time to breathe (probably 90 minutes) and it was rocking.

  7/30/20, 9:43 AM - Hello Ageverett. If you are a big fan of Rutherford/Scarecrow & Monsieur, have you had the chance to try Greer yet? I was turned onto this from some of our peers on CT and it was excellent!! Glad to see the M.E. was in solid form upon opening.

  7/30/20, 2:46 PM - Yes, LOVE Greer. Great vineyard and amazing winemaker - and neighbor to Scarecrow. Actually got introduced to it back when Aaron Pott was making some Arsenal in his lineup; that ended in 2013. Have been buying the "original" Greer ever since. Phenomenal!!

  7/30/20, 2:53 PM - Right on - I haven't met Rob in person yet, but hope to next trip to Napa. We were scheduled to be there in late April, but that obviously got cancelled. Virtual interactions with him (and anecdotal evidence from multiple sources) suggest he is an incredible individual.

  7/30/20, 2:57 PM - Very cool! We are considering a trip but haven’t pulled the trigger yet. Sounds like things are open and a good bit slower than usual which actually sounds nice.
