  July 31, 2020 - Disgorged April 2019, dosage 6.1 g/l. The colour has a brownish hue and that is reflected in the taste as caramel together with some vanilla. Modest in fruit and acidity, luckily also in sweetness. The pinot character is obvious. Not my type of champagne because of the caramel that is constantly present.
