  August 1, 2020 - Drink up my last bottle which I should have drunk much earlier according to my earlier tasting notes.
  Medium ruby with brick red hues. Pop n pour, thankfully the nose is still holding, initially vanilla notes follow by plum, leather, leafy and hints of pepper. More secondary notes emerge after some time.
  Mellow on palate with sweet fruits, exhibits Plum, cherry and spices. Finishing improve over time and tannins is almost dissolve. Gradually opening up and grow on me, showing that it is not over yet.
