  August 5, 2020 - Pale lemon. On the nose aromas are of medium (-) intensity of lime, ripe pear, minerality, green apple, grahoneysuckle. On the palate the wine is off dry with high acidity low alcohol, medium (-) body and medium (+) intensity on the palate of lime, ripe pear, green apple, wet stones, honeysuckle. The finish is long and with lingering citrus notes. There is petillance in the mouth. The wine is outstanding. The high acidity balances the residual sugar and fruit nature. There is complexity on the palate and nose along with intensity on the palate and the finish is long. This is a great QPR, easy food pairing wine-
