  August 9, 2020 - Deep garnet. Aromas of medium + intensity on the nose of earth, compost, blackberries, black currant, vanilla, sandalwood, nutmeg, violets. On the palate the wine was dry wtih medium + acidity, medium + fine silky tannins, high alcohol and pronounced flavors of earth, compost, fresh and dried blackberries, black currant, vanilla, sandalwood, nutmeg, violets. Finish lingered, lovely with vanilla and spice. We drank this at one of our Spain regional tastings and it was fabulous. Drink now but can also hold another few years.
