August 9, 2020 - Drank too quickly to take serious notes. Off the top of the head: nose of crème brûlée and lemon (but not overpowering). Echoed in the flavor profile, with a super balance between creaminess and acidity, slightly brighter than a traditional vintage champagne, but gorgeous.
