August 12, 2020 - Coravin fun - Domaine de Chevalier rouge; 8/4/2020-8/12/2020 (My place, Kent Street): From Coravin. Pretty, soft berried and blackcurrant, sweet spice, a sense of roundness on the nose. With time biscuit, crunchy fruitiness, sweet spice and cedar join in a supporting role on the nose which proves to be rather charming. Everything that is so pleasing on the nose is present on the palate with grainy tannins in support. It's fleshy and juicy and utterly lovely. Balanced. Elegant. Long.
