August 11, 2020 - Beginning to hit its stride. Supple texture with red berry-cherry fruit. Likely to continue to improve but I like the freshness and acidity at this stage.

8/14/20, 7:17 AM - Glad I went big on this one. Along with Papera Ranch Zin, 2016 looks like a great vintage for Carlisle.

8/14/20, 9:13 AM - I had a couple of bottles early on, particularly the Papera and Bedrock, that were very weird. Lately, they've all been drinking very well.

8/14/20, 9:22 AM - I do remember the earlier comments on the Papera. I did not have the same experience when I tried one. Hopefully they are in good shape now. I usually end up drinking these pretty early but will try to save a few for later.
