  August 16, 2020 - First d’Yquem. Notes of orange peel, Carmel, honey and citrus. Paired with buffalo wings, blue cheese and brûlée mango cake. Unbelievable complexity paired with an unending finish makes for a great wine.

  8/16/20, 6:53 PM - Interesting review. I think this is the first 100 point rating from you. Must’ve been a fantastic bottle! I paired the same bottle with scallops and they complemented each other very well. You should try it next time! Maybe even a French tart!
