  August 22, 2020 - Light yellow. Surprisingly, it seems almost mature. Fat and rich and viscous on entry. Fortunately the acidity is good so it remains savory and inviting sip after sip. Very much a concoction of bright yellow fruit and lemongrass with a bit of almond and corn. No hint of over ripeness or caramel. Excellent depth. Sensuous.
