  August 25, 2020 - I had to read the professional critic notes to identify what I was tasting in this wine--licorice! I never opened any of my wines from the 2005 vintage--I did not think they were mature, this wine is beautiful. Rich color and flavor, soft tannins. Years of life ahead of it, but go ahead and enjoy this exquisite bouquet of dark currant, licorice, bramble and long, silky finish.
