August 26, 2020 - Pale salmon pink with a nose of dry yeast and flowers. Dry on the palette, with hints of yeast, melon and a bit of raspberry (at least, to me). Long finish that is very pleasing. Served with an appetizer of Creole shrimp on corn purée, it was a match made in heaven. This again reminds me just how good this wine is.
