  August 27, 2020 - Light red. Cut flowers, underbrush, and soft red fruits. Light and lithe, a bit less sap than Foillards from bigger vintages. Earthy, sinuous, and complex in the mouth with tangy acidity and a good slug of tannin to finish. Not as immediately seductive as, say, 2009 or 2011, but classic and will evolve for many more years.
